Work Package 5 : Management


SAGhE is organized around four specific work packages (WP), to address the objectives of the study and is supported by a management work package . These work packages concur to provide the expected milestones and deliverables in a smooth and effective fashion. All participants are involved in all work packages under the supervision of a work package leader.

Objecives
  • To coordinate and manage the project and day-to-day progress.
  • To provide a communication medium between the project partners and the European Commission.
  • To consolidate the project planning, work control, progress reports, milestone reports, cost statements.
  • To disclose and discuss potential conflicts of interests involving the project.
