Work Package 2: Long term mortality and its determinants in individuals treated with GH in childhood


Objectives
  • To determine if mortality (overall and cancer-related) is increased in a population-based sample of adult individuals treated with growth hormone in childhood.
  • To analyse risks of overall and cause-specific mortality in relation to dose, duration, age of GH treatment, time since GH treatment, and relation to background condition for which treatment was given.
