Work package1: Long term efficacy of GH after treatment in childhood


SAGhE is organized around four specific work packages (WP), to address the objectives of the study and is supported by a management work package . These work packages concur to provide the expected milestones and deliverables in a smooth and effective fashion. All participants are involved in all work packages under the supervision of a work package leader.

Long term efficacy of GH after treatment in childhood

Objectives
  • Establish a large metacohort of adult individuals treated with recombinant growth hormone for short stature in childhood.
  • Evaluate the long term results of growth hormone treatments on adult height and their determinants.
  • Evaluate the long term results of growth hormone treatments on quality of life and their determinants.
